Job Summary:
The Lead GSOC Analyst, assigned to a specific client, will be a key member of the client's Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) in Cork, Ireland. The role entails 24/7/365 continuous monitoring, event security, and travel management support for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
* Operate the GSOC in shift patterns as required.
* Provide high-level service to local and remote client sites and staff with an emphasis on security and safety.
* Monitor and analyze security alarms, notifications, and surveillance systems in real-time.
* Conduct advanced-level event security monitoring and provide timely incident response according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Coordinate travel and journey management by assessing travel risks and providing real-time alerts.
* Oversee access control operations to ensure authorized personnel access sensitive areas.
* Maintain detailed logs and records of all monitored activities, incidents, and responses.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a security operational role with exposure to advanced monitoring and incident management.
* Relevant security-related certifications/qualifications desirable.
* Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make rapid, informed decisions.
* Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Frequent usage of computers, manual dexterity for occasional tasks, close and distant vision abilities, and willingness to work in shifts are required.
Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
