Job Description:
A seasoned Accounts Assistant is sought after for a permanent position within the Financial department. The successful candidate will join our esteemed employer in the Automotive industry based in Co. Kildare.
The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAGE 50 being an advantage.
The key responsibilities include:
* Preparation of credit reconciliations and accrual reconciliations
* Processing creditor invoices
* Weekly reporting for management
* Assisting with month end processes and reporting
* VAT returns
* Contributing to finance team in improving quality and business development
* Working with internal and external partners/stakeholders
* Assisting with developing ERP and business management systems
* Documenting internal control procedures
* Other ad hoc projects as required by Office/Finance Manager
The successful candidate must be detail orientated, deadline driven, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
