About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with expertise in Italian and Spanish to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with clients from various industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide information on pension payments, including handling requests for missing payments, previous payment details, cheque information, and payment movements.
* Offer consultancy on efficient payment methods and provide customers with information on payment choices.
* Process changes to payment tools and handle inquiries about international payments, personal data, customer addresses, and payment preferences.
* Handle miscellaneous queries related to proof of life procedures.
Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer service environment, preferably in finance, banking, payments, or pensions.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
* Essential skills: ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent PC skills, goal orientation, good verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, logical problem-solving, numeracy, and attention to detail.
