Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer complaints and service queries with a strong focus on logistics.
* Efficiently resolve delivery service queries related to the global transportation network.
* Maintain effective cross-functional communication with internal customers across Production Centres, Sales Centres, and Logistics.
* Foster strong relationships with external parties crucial for Customs & Trade Compliance and international logistics operations.
* Collaborate with the team to coordinate and resolve disruptions.
* Monitor and coordinate physical and IT flows (inbound, outbound, returns).

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant experience in freight forwarding with companies like DHL, UPS, DBS, FedEx.
* Proficiency in English and Italian or Spanish; additional languages are an asset.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for documentation (work instructions, SOPs, SLAs).
* SAP knowledge (Module WM) or proficiency in other Transport Management Systems.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Preferred training and certification in ADR, IMO, and IATA.
* Logistics or Customer Service experience, along with strong MS Office skills.
