The Opportunity:
A global software company renowned for its award-winning Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and business management solutions seeks a talented Application Support Engineer.
The Role:
You’re stepping into a position where you’re more than just a problem-solver - you’re the trusted hero that customers turn to when they need clarity on navigating technical and operational challenges across a diverse range of business processes, systems, and documentation.
From accounting and stock management to CRM, e-commerce, business intelligence, and supply chain management, you’ll immerse yourself in the ERP Software ecosystem, mastering the tools that power businesses forward.
As a key player in the Customer Success Office (CSO), your impact goes far beyond traditional support. You’re there to help businesses not only reach their goals but surpass them - unlocking insight, building confidence, and unleashing the full potential of their ERP software.
Key Requirements:
1. Working knowledge of Accounting, ERP, or Business Management Software, OR
2. A degree or qualification in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business, OR
3. Strong financial and management reporting skills or financial acumen.
Desirable Expertise (Training provided if needed):
1. Proficiency in SQL Server/MySQL (scripting, Admin Studio).
2. Familiarity with FTP/SFTP, SSL Certificates, REST API/SOAP (tools like SoapUI, and Postman), Excel, and CSV files.
3. Experience with business software: integrations, EDI, logistics, warehouse management, CRM, e-commerce, or business intelligence tools.
4. Hands-on use of Accounting, ERP, or Business Management Software.
