Inside Sales Representative

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding sales to existing customers and generating new leads. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing customer service to our clients.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Inside Sales Duties
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat or new business.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
* Conduct outbound sales calls against marketing campaigns
* Follow up on inbound enquiries.
* Collaborate with the marketing and existing CSR team to achieve targets and objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals where relevant
* Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
* Participate in marketing & customer service meetings and product training sessions.
Customer Service Duties
* Order Processing:Accurately process customer orders for healthcare consumables, ensuring timely delivery.
* Customer Support:Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

* Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
