Job Summary
The Duty Manager will oversee the efficient management of Food and Beverage Operations in a 4* Hotel. This role requires effective coordination of daily activities, ensuring seamless service during shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Restaurant, Bar, and Events business to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
* Coordinate all day-to-day activities in the Hotel during shifts, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Lead and guide the team as required during service/shifts, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Hotel.
* Ensure adherence to shift and opening/closing procedures, providing leadership and facilitating a friendly environment for guests.
Requirements
* Experience managing busy Food and Beverage operations, including Outlets and Rooms Service.
* Proven ability to manage small Weddings, Conferences, and meetings with discretion and professionalism.
* Front Office training is necessary, enabling effective coordination of check-in/check-out processes.
* Effective leadership and team management skills are essential, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
* A reliable, committed, and motivated individual with a professional approach, positive attitude, and can-do mentality.
* Duty Management experience in a 4* Hotel in Ireland is preferred.
Additional Requirements
* Full legal status to work in Ireland is mandatory, as Work Permit is not available for this role.
