Chambers Ireland are recruiting a coordinator to respond to the needs of members identified in the Workplace Research Report and to drive implementation of the Healthy Workplace Framework at national and local levels.
Duties and responsibilities include:
1. Develop project plan to address recommendations in Research Report while aligning with the overall goals of the Healthy Workplace Framework.
2. Identify key stakeholders and establish Oversight Group to provide governance for the project.
3. Develop and pilot training modules on workplace wellbeing to support workplaces and managers in delivering on wellbeing.
4. Develop communication plan for members to promote wellbeing at work including through social media and website.
5. Develop resources to support SMEs as required.
6. Seek to align developments with National Healthy Workplace Framework and national priorities for health and wellbeing.
7. Develop a plan for evaluation of the project.
8. Provide updates and reports on progress.
9. Engage with Chambers and their business members on Health and Wellbeing.
10. Any other duties that may be assigned by Chambers Ireland specific to health and wellbeing.
