Our client, based in the South East region, is seeking a skilled Group FP&A Analyst to contribute strategically to a dynamic and growing life sciences and medical device organisation. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role will play a key part within the Group Finance function.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow under various scenarios.
* Work closely with multiple sites and departments to develop annual budgets, track variances, and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
* Prepare regular financial reports and performance dashboards, summarising key metrics, trends, and insights for management review.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
* Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis, investment evaluations, and financial impact assessments of new projects.
* Gather and analyse data from various sources, utilising analytical tools to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
* Presentation of financial information to non-finance stakeholders, including senior management, through clear and concise analysis.
Requirements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial modeling tools, such as Excel or Power BI.

* Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
