Description
Eaton Square Talent Management are hiring a PAYROLL ASSISTANT for our client, a global logistics company located in the HO in LIMERICK.
Hybrid working:
* 5 days per week during training (likely 3 weeks, requiring 2-3 days in office).
* Guaranteed 3 days work (1 day onsite – 2 remote).
* For weeks of annual leave in the team (5 days needed).
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
* Maintaining and updating employee records including tax and other relevant information.
* Verifying accuracy of employee data and preparing reports on payroll activities.
* Responding to employee inquiries regarding their pay and taxes.
* Calculating and processing payroll checks or electronic transfers of funds.
* Recording, verifying, and reconciling payroll-related information.
* Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
* IPASS-Preferred.
* CORE Payroll experience ESSENTIAL.
* 1-2 years ROI experience.
* Excel skills required.
* Ability to process mid-high-volume payrolls.
* Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
