**Director of Finance and Corporate Services Opportunity at Fold Housing Association Ireland**
Morgan McKinley is excited to be partnering with Fold Housing Association Ireland to recruit a talented Director of Finance and Corporate Services. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a purpose-driven organization committed to making a difference in social housing and older persons care services.
As Director of Finance and Corporate Services, you will provide strategic leadership and financial direction, helping Fold Housing achieve its mission. You'll oversee finance operations, compliance, treasury management, and IT services, working closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive long-term growth and sustainability.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead finance operations and reporting, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration across departments.
* Oversee loan portfolios, funding sources, and develop new financial models for housing and care solutions.
* Develop and embed annual and long-term operating models, including financial budgeting and variance reporting.
* Identify new funding sources for housing delivery.
**Requirements:**
* Third-level qualification and/or relevant professional qualifications, clear evidence of ongoing professional development.
* Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 10 years' experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a senior finance role, leading and performance managing a team.
* Proven experience in developing finance policy and strategy, with experience of financial control and budget management, as well as corporate finance.
* Experience of reporting, advising, and presenting at senior levels.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify solutions.
* Demonstrated understanding of process improvement and change management.
* Experience of working in collaborative partnerships.
* Accountability for a significant budget or expenditure program securing value for money by effective prioritization and driving efficiencies.
**Desirable Skills:**
* Experience in property development and/or housing sectors.
* Experience in managing complex external stakeholder relationships.
