Internal Communications Manager
Cpl Marketing recruitment team is working with a Semi State organisation who is looking to hire an Internal Communications Manager on a permanent contract. You will be responsible for driving the internal communications strategy, ensuring that colleagues can easily access and be kept up to date on projects and events happening within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving a strong and inclusive internal communications strategy incorporating and promoting the company values.
2. Developing and managing employee communication channels to keep colleagues updated and informed of latest developments.
3. Writing and editing content for a diverse audience.
4. Planning and coordinating regular community events to improve knowledge sharing and encourage cross-team collaboration.
5. Partnering with the HR team to deliver continuous improvement initiatives as the organisational capabilities and capacity expand.
6. Collecting and analysing internal communications data to evaluate and improve the communications and engagement plan.
7. Leading the internal communication response to situations which may affect the agency’s perception and brand.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. 3+ years’ experience working in Internal Communications.
2. Highly organised and detail-oriented with a creative flair.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent content creation skills.
4. Experience in managing multiple communications channels, including social media.
5. Thrives in a collaborative environment and can establish and manage complex and diverse relationships.
6. Demonstrates a positive can-do attitude, maintains confidentiality, and is an effective team player.
