Full Job Description We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Grade Clinical or Educational Psychologist to complement our existing team at our Rathfarnham clinic.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified psychologists with relevant experience in the assessment of Autism and providing ongoing support post-assessment.
This role offers flexibility regarding hybrid working conditions at our Rathfarnham, Dublin-based clinic, depending on the candidate's level of experience.

Essential Criteria Recognised professional postgraduate qualification in Clinical or Educational Psychology.
Clinical graduates currently completing their postgraduate qualification are also welcome to apply.
If qualified outside the Republic of Ireland, applicants must have their qualification validated by the Department of Health and provide a validation letter as part of the hiring process.
All candidates must meet the registration requirements of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
Minimum two years of experience in a relevant role.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team.
A kind and compassionate approach to working with clients.
Key Responsibilities Assessment &
Clinical Work:
Conduct comprehensive Autism assessments in line with best practice guidelines.
Lead the assessment process and coordinate with other team members, including Assistant Psychologists, OTs, and SLTs, when required.
Prepare detailed post-assessment reports.
Provide ongoing support to clients and their families.
Manage caseload efficiently and effectively.
Clinical Leadership & Development:
Take ownership of managing the clinical caseload, ensuring smooth client progression from pre-assessment to final report.
Play a key role in leading and supporting the multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality assessments and comprehensive reporting.
Maintain and enhance clinical governance, identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Collaborate with other professionals within our clients organisation to improve clinical processes and governance.
Receive supervision from the Clinical Director & Principal Psychologist.
Provide guidance and oversight to other clinicians to ensure HSE-standard assessments.
