Due to ongoing expansion, EZ Living Interiors are seeking an Administrator to join our Logistics team based in our Head Office.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
* Primarily work as front of house for the logistics team, which will include managing phone calls for the department.
* Calling customers to confirm deliveries and answering customer queries.
* Ensure customer service requirements are fulfilled through the management, effective receipt of goods, order picking and shipping.
* To manage effectively any in house accounts that fall within your defined jurisdiction ensuring all records are maintained in an accurate & timely manner.
* To complete any reasonable other administrative tasks & duties that may arise.
Requirements
* Previous administration experience required.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail and adaptability.
* Knowledge of logistics is preferable but not essential.
* Excellent computer skills
