Key Responsibilities:
* Organise workflow, delegate tasks and ensure staff understand their duties.
* Follow company procedures on planning & organisation, including break schedules and task lists.
* Maintain store standards, health and safety compliance and effective communication with Head Office.
* Manage time effectively, complete daily tasks and seasonal turnarounds within agreed timescales.
* Plan, delegate and accomplish tasks promptly, while adhering to cash management policy.
Requirements:
* Prioritisation skills, ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent product knowledge, including seasonal products.
* Good working knowledge of RS Accounts and back-office functions.
* Leadership skills, ability to create a happy work environment.
