Position Summary: The Development team in Tuath are tasked with the sourcing and delivery of new housing opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and developing innovative proposals for delivery of new housing stock.
As part of your role you will support the Development Team to deliver new homes for the delivery of new housing stock.
The post requires excellent planning, organisational and administration skills, a dedication to detail and a willingness to adapt to ever changing conditions and pressures.
The successful candidate will: Provide general administration support to the Development Team as required including but not limited to scanning documents, postage, file management, stationary requirements Manage the team diaries, monitor and redirecting incoming e-mails from third parties Organise team and other meetings as requested, booking meetings rooms, organising accommodation and travel arrangements Collate agendas for meetings, minute taking and circulation of minutes Assist the Development team with managing funding submissions and following up with external and internal stakeholders for information as required Assist the Development team in maintaining information and records and prepare reports for relevant stakeholders both internal and external Assisting the Development team with the delivery of various in-house projects, the maintenance of soft filing systems and developing and maintain directory of template documents Maintaining directories of external stakeholder information such as contact details and other required information that supports the delivery of social housing units as required Complete reports/ submissions for Tuath's Board meetings Requirements: Certificate or Diploma and/or minimum of one years' experience.
Experience of taking minutes of confidential and sensitive meetings.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
Experience of non-profit organisation is desirable Experience of working with the public in a customer-oriented environment.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills, can compose letters, memos and reports Knowledge of GDPR and Health & Safety requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
To participate on forums/working groups/committees as required.
