Key Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Assurance team on large-scale transformation programmes and projects.
* Build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work products that meet client expectations.
* Serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging knowledge to develop innovative solutions.
* Lead presentations and proposals for medium to high complex projects.
Internal Responsibilities:
* Assist with client account management activities, including recruitment and quality management.
* Support team development activities, including coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Essential Criteria
15+ years' experience in project risk or programme delivery, recovery, or related fields.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good understanding of project governance and change management principles.

Requirements
Additional professional qualifications in project or programme management are desirable.
Experience in project assurance, portfolio management, PMO, benchmarking, and Best Practice is advantageous.
