Job Title: Christmas Appeal Temp Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our East Regional team in Dublin as a Christmas Appeal Temp Administrator. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in your community by supporting the administration of our annual appeal.

The Role:
This temporary position will provide administrative support to our East Regional office team for the Christmas Appeal 2024. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our appeal, which attracts gift cards, vouchers, toys, and food from donors across the East region.
Candidate Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate level education or equivalent; an office administration/secretarial or computer course would be beneficial.
* Knowledge of the Society and its mission and values.
* Previous experience in administration and working in a busy office environment.
* Experience of working in a warehouse/order fulfillment setting (desirable).
* Understanding of financial controls and reconciliation (desirable).
* Excellent IT skills, including Excel and MS Word.
* Excellent communication skills face-to-face, by phone, and via written communications.
* Health and Safety Training & Manual Handling Training (role involves some physical work regarding stock control).
