We are seeking a skilled French-speaking Direct Sales Executive to join our team at AXA Global Healthcare. With a high volume of qualified leads, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to achieve sales targets and earn monthly commission.
About the Role
As a French-speaking Direct Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling International Private Medical Insurance to high-net-worth customers and expats globally. Your daily tasks will include tailoring and presenting products to meet customer needs, achieving both individual and team targets, and ensuring compliance with AXA guidelines in each sales interaction.
What We Offer
* A competitive starting salary from €37,000 per annum
* Monthly commission on average €1,000 (subject to individual performance)

Working Hours & Shift Pattern
The role is full-time, 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9-5. You will also receive comprehensive onsite induction training from specialist trainers, including time at our Tunbridge Wells, UK site.

* Fluency in French and English essential
* Minimum 2 years' work experience, including sales
* Understanding of sales and sales procedures
