Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing coffee equipment repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, and ensuring all equipment is left in good working order.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform coffee equipment repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
* Maintain communication with the central call centre, providing updates on job progress
* Comply with on-site procedures, including introducing yourself and seeking permission to begin work
* Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines, conducting risk assessments and reporting potential hazards
* Complete all necessary online job sheets, timesheets, and supporting documentation to validate customer satisfaction
Requirements
* ELECTRICAL mechanical background with strong problem-solving skills
* Passionate about customer service and delivering high-quality work
* Full driving licence required
* Computer literate
* Ability to work independently with a flexible approach to location and hours
