Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Account Manager to maintain and expand customer relationships while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will support the development of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing strategic plans for existing accounts.
* Effectively manage existing accounts and achieve annual targets.
* Collaborate with Sales & Business Development Director to develop a sales plan for the region.
* Ensure timely communication with customers and address their concerns.
* Negotiate agreements with new and existing customers.
* Coordinate commercial bids for new business.
* Maintain relationships within the customer's organization.
* Stay informed on market trends and participate in industry forums.
* Participate in global account teams and align strategies across regions.
* Adhere to company guiding principles and corporate code of conduct.
* Ensure compliance with site regulations and local policies.
* Perform additional duties as requested.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5-7 years of customer relationship/commercial experience.
* Proven track record in business development.
* Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to travel as required.
* Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
* Knowledge of Medtech/Pharma Business preferred.
* Experience with injection mould tooling and design is a plus.
