Pre-Contracts Administrator Job Summary
About the Role
We are partnering with an award-winning organisation in Co Down to recruit a Pre-Contracts Administrator to support their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders and bids.
* Ensure accurate and timely submission of pre-contract documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date records of tender and pre-contract activity for easy reference.
* Prepare reports on pre-contract activities, meeting deadlines.
* Organise and maintain pre-contract documentation, including correspondence and contract terms.
* Review procurement portals for opportunities and updates.
* Manage database of supporting documents for bids.
* Keep company accreditations and registration documents up to date.
* Update policies, insurances, and risk assessments as required.
Requirements
* 1 year experience in an administrative role.
* Previous experience in construction or project administration, particularly in the pre-contract phase, is desirable but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
