I am working with a global asset servicing banking group to hire for their finance team. I am hiring for an Invoicing Administrator for the office based in Dublin 2. This position is a fixed term contract offering hybrid working and a competitive salary.
Candidates must be immediately available to start.
Responsibilities:
1. The Invoicing Administrator will assist with the production of monthly invoices for clients.
2. Set up client fee parameters in the proprietary fees system to facilitate automated calculation of the fees.
3. Ensure accurate fee calculation through checks and testing of set-ups.
4. Monitor backlog for assigned clients and adhere to agreed timelines.
5. Communicate with all internal and external resources in a professional and respectful manner.
Requirements:
1. Excellent Excel skills and numerical fluency.
2. Minimum of third level qualification in the field of accounting or a related field.
3. Experience in finance/invoicing.
4. Experience with Fund Service Provider invoicing desirable.
