This role is responsible for overseeing mechanical installations, ensuring quality control, and managing the day-to-day mechanical operations on-site. You will work closely with the plant team to ensure the timely and successful completion of all mechanical work. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
Role Responsibilities;
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on machinery and mechanical equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform troubleshooting to identify causes of malfunctions
- Be capable of replacing mechanical seals / bearing / gearbox / valves / fluidisation system / hydraulic pump / pully belts
- Experience in belt alignment
- Experience of troubleshooting sensors / rotary screws / pneumatic system
- Motor alignment
- Fabrication experience: welding, grinding…
Required Experience & Qualifications;
Background in maintenance, mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, or automation is required.
