Community Affairs Project Manager
A proactive and organised professional with a knack for project management is required to join our client in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and communicate: Lead end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
* Identify risks and opportunities: Proactively assess project landscapes, addressing gaps and potential issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Oversee delivery and quality: Conduct regular check-ins and updates to maintain project momentum and uphold high standards.
* Enhance processes: Develop and implement efficient administrative and coordination practises to streamline operations.
* Meet deadlines: Ensure that all tasks are completed within specified timeframes while maintaining an unwavering attention to detail.
* Drive results: Take ownership of projects, making informed decisions and driving outcomes effectively.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in project management.
* Familiarity with technical training programmes and education systems is a plus.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner, Project for the Web).
* Excellent verbal and written skills to facilitate effective coordination across teams.
* Proven ability to thrive in a remote setting with self-discipline and strong time management.
* Willingness to work across different time zones as needed.
