Full job description
Experienced Bookkeeper and Office Administrator required for a busy and expanding Power Generation business in the energy sector based on Childers Road, Limerick.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* 3 Days a Week
* Manage phone calls, correspondence (e-mail, letters, customer enquiries etc.) and meet and greet clients
* Maintaining all filing systems
* Provide general administrative support to the office team
* General day-to-day bookkeeping such as, Sales Invoicing, Creditor Reconciliations, Supplier Payments, Purchase Ledger entry & Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger data entry on Big Red Book Accounts
* Support with contractor records
* Create and update personnel records and databases
* Process and track purchase orders
* Perform Ad Hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Excellent IT skills is essential - Proficient at Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is essential
* Excellent Bookkeeping skills required
* Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
* Ability to meet important deadlines in a fast paced office environment
* Ability to multi task and work on own initiative is essential
* Knowledge of Big Red Book or similar package preferred but not essential
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €19,000.00-€22,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 21 per week
