The Opportunity
In this role you will:Design and manage all aspects of the procurement process including requests for proposals, purchase orders, change orders and invoicingParticipate in financial planning, forecasting, fee submissions and invoicing to enhance productivity and profitabilityDevelop, implement, and manage supply chain strategies on a global scaleProvide strategic procurement advice and direct responsibility for engagement with multiple client teamsManage procurement operations and performance across our project portfolio and drive innovation, continuous improvement and value creationEmpower and motivate employees, promoting a high-performance culture and professional growthDevelop talent acquisition and retention strategies to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environmentConduct prequalification and shortlisting of suppliers through bid analysis and expert price negotiation of pricing, resulting in award recommendationsConduct supplier capacity modelling, production planning and inventory management systems across the regionFoster a positive supplier relationship through expert liaison with site and vendor teams and assist with the onboarding of on-site supplier teamsEngage in supplier relationship management and monitor performance through KPIsBenchmark the latest industry trends and practices to keep a fresh view on the competitive landscapeManage contract development, finalisation, and administration with rigorous attention to detailCreate weekly reports and dashboards to monitor overall progress and identify any risks in the supply chain Manage cost estimates and planning schedules for long lead equipmentImplement technology solutions and tools to enhance visibility, tracking, and performance monitoring across the supply chainWe would love to hear from you if you:Have previous experience in a Procurement and Supply Chain management role within the construction sectorPrevious experience within the Datacenter industry is preferredHave a Bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification in a Procurement or Supply chain management related disciplineHave an end-to-end knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations with international experienceAre results driven and have sales experienceHave excellent IT skills with a strong focus on data processing, management and analyticsHave strong negotiation skills and a passion for reducing costs and a track record of success in this areaLove a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines across regions & time zonesThrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
