**Electrical Foreman Role in Kildare**
We are working with a Tier 2 M&E contractor seeking an Electrical Foreman for their ongoing project in Kildare.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the project development and implementation process, reporting to the Projects Manager on all aspects of site daily operations. They will work closely with the Planning Manager, Project Manager, and a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all site operations are carried out in strict compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards.
* Manage and supervise direct labour resources, plant, safe execution of works, and materials allocations.
* Coordinate sub-contractors on site.
* Post-construction survey and compilation of accurate information to prepare As-Built records.
* Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
* Ensure works are carried out to a high standard while complying with building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, Health and Safety, and environmental standards.
This role provides exposure to a wide range of expertise relating to pharmaceutical, life sciences, construction, and other sectors. The successful candidate will be supported in developing their knowledge and skills as their responsibilities grow and evolve.
Requirements:
* 2 years' experience in a site lead role with a strong emphasis on Safety and Quality.
* Minimum Level 6 QQI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice or equivalent.
* Completed Electrical Verification & Certification course (Qualified Certifier number advantageous).
* Demonstrable high level of technical knowledge with practical application.
* High degree of computer literacy.
