I am delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity in the Fermoy area. This is a temporary opportunity for a 3 month period.
This role will suit people who like to be busy and are available to start this exciting position in the next week.
Salary: € 14.57 per hour
Location: Fermoy
Hours: 9-5 pm Monday to Friday
Duties of the role:
* Managing a busy inbox
* Processing new applications on internal databases
* Assigning relevant Assessment Officers and sending out relevant screening forms
* Posting and recording referrals letters
* Ongoing maintenance of files and relevant documentation and progress notes.
* Updating Excel trackers and or the database with any relevant updates.
* Assisting with invoices and accounts department with adhoc duties
* Monitoring the office phone and answering queries
* Diary management and coordination of meetings
What do you need?
* Previous experience in an office environment is essential
* Previous experience in a clinical/clerical environment is highly desirable
* Excellent coordination and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on multi-tasking
* Proven track record of working with excellent attention to detail
