Role Responsibilities:
1. Assist in expanding and further developing the company's already successful presence in the sports industry.
2. Effectively manage existing client relationships to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Build and grow sales by targeting new clients within the sportswear and sports event sectors.
4. Identify and develop new growth opportunities to drive business expansion.
5. Review and improve existing sales and marketing strategies to ensure continued success and innovation.
6. Collaborate in the development and implementation of internal management systems to improve operational efficiency.
7. Provide input and assistance in new product development, particularly in the area of textiles for the sports and leisure industries.
8. Act as a dynamic and creative force within the team, bringing new energy and ideas to help take the business to the next level.
9. Demonstrate a successful history of B2B development in the Sportswear and Sports Event Industry.
10. Play an integral role in ensuring consistent annual growth for the company by introducing innovative strategies and implementing necessary changes.
Benefits:
1. Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per annum (DOE)
