Learning & Development Co-ordinator
This role is responsible for coordinating training of employees on health, safety, environmental and quality systems/procedures and general operational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct all duties in a way that promotes company values and best practice standards relating to health, safety, environmental and quality performance.
2. Assist Department Managers, Heads of Section, and relevant supervisors in identifying training needs.
3. Coordinate all external training such as OEM training for equipment and machines and statutory training.
4. Raise skills and effectiveness levels and contribute to ongoing improvement.
5. Assist in training employees on procedures, systems, and general operational duties.
6. Work with the Head of Section/Supervisor to ensure trainees are fully competent post-training.
7. Maintain training records and necessary training administration.
8. Audit the training system monthly and follow up on corrective actions.
9. Evaluate training effectiveness and identify methods to improve training.
Requirements:
* Training Skills Certificate QQI Level 6 or equivalent/willingness to undertake this accreditation.
* Experience operating equipment and understanding demands on production.
* Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
* Influencing and computer literacy skills.
* People coaching skills - motivating and maintaining standards.
* Good organisational, planning, and time management skills.
* Demonstrated creativity and innovation.
This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. International travel may be required.
