Responsibilities:
* Support post-sales queries and orders for customers worldwide.
* Maintain order accuracy and resolve issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service.
* Process returns, replacements, and other customer-related requests.
* Utilize SAP for efficient order management and issue resolution.
* Communicate with customers through various channels to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
* Fluent English and Turkish language skills.
* Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Showcase ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to maintain high attention to detail and adapt to changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in contact centers or related fields.
* Familiarity with RCC processes and SAP systems.
