Branch Manager
The Branch Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the business, ensuring that the branch operates collaboratively to deliver exceptional service to both external customers and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a large team, including line management responsibility for the branch team.
* Oversee all sales, operations, resources, and customer service within the branch to meet daily targets and operational KPIs.
* Be involved in HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment; our people are our most valuable asset.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards, promoting a safety-first culture.
* Demonstrate behavior in line with our Company core values.
* Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
* Collaborate with field-based teams to maximize customer opportunities.
Average Working Hours: 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays from 8am to 4pm.
