This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading NI bank as a Banking Administrator. The role involves working in a customer-focused, forward-thinking company with a Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently inputting and managing data
* Handling various administrative duties, including record-keeping, filing, and document preparation
* Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries effectively
* Conducting quality checks and maintaining basic system functions
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and Word. Experience managing customer and third-party interactions over the phone is essential. A team-oriented mindset, excellent attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate data input and record maintenance are also crucial.
