HR Specialist – L&D Focus

Lincoln HR are pleased to be working with a leading insurance company to recruit a permanent HR Specialist to join the team. You will have experience in Learning & Development (ideally with SuccessFactors) and a solid background in HR Operations.

Role Responsibilities:
* Drive the company’s learning initiatives, ensuring employees achieve their annual mandatory training hours through innovative and engaging methods.
* Actively contribute to fostering an inclusive workplace and support ongoing diversity initiatives.
* Play a role in sustainability efforts by collaborating on projects that align with ESG objectives.
* Plan and execute social events that promote team building and strengthen company culture.
* Serve as the primary contact for health and safety matters, including building-related safety.
* Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for CF/PCF roles, ensuring compliance.
* Enhance the employee journey by creating a supportive and engaging workplace environment.
* Monitor and manage employee compliance when working abroad in accordance with company policies.
* Assist the HR team with administrative tasks to maintain seamless operations.
* Support the management of workplace surveys, such as the Great Place to Work survey, to gather insights and drive improvements.
Experience:
* A dynamic, enthusiastic approach to improving the employee experience.
* Solid understanding of HR laws and best practices.
* Proven experience with Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion.
* Strong analytical skills to manage data and identify trends in employee engagement and satisfaction.
* Confidence in delivering presentations, training, and workshops.
