The Role
OverviewThe Core Search team sits within our Performance Practice and is responsible for managing and optimising the search engine results for our clients. We manage the strategy, planning, implementation, optimisation, reporting and post campaign analysis for all search activity. We are responsible for the paid search accounts and SEO recommendations for some of Irelands leading brands, ensuring that our collective clients receive the best possible outcomes from their investment in search advertising. The purpose of this role is to support the Search Manager(s) and Senior Search Manager(s) in the day to day running of the Paid Search accounts. Part of the remit is working collaboratively with all our Practices to create and assist in the creation of award-winning campaigns that deliver real results for our clients. This role requires someone who is highly numerate and analytical. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, innovative and creative thinking and quality control of output will also be critical to this role.Responsibilities/ Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)Central to this role is supporting Search Managers and Senior Search Managers as they oversee the running of our clients Search accounts. This includes managing the day-to- day marketing activities for a variety of client campaigns across multiple searchengines. These tasks include campaign implementation, optimisation, regular and ad hoc performance reporting including interpretation of data and making recommendations /improvements, budget management, ad copy creation and testing, billing and client communication.Success will be defined at the year-end RADAR client service review in improvement in Paid Search and the impact of Search on the client’s business. It will also be defined by positive score and feedback in the individuals yearly 360 Qualtrics report.

EXPERIENCE• No previous experience of Search Engine Marketing is required but an interest in PPC, SEO, Digital Media and Media is essential• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel andPowerPoint• High level of business acumenPERSON SPECIFICATION• Be energetic and efficient in approach• Actively display a passion for the industry, specifically search• Strong attention to detail• Show curiosity in learning new things at a fast pace every day• Excellent interpersonal skills- ability to build strong relationships withcolleagues across Core• Display the ability to think innovatively• Understands the importance of upskilling• Understands and appreciates the benefit of processes• Be responsive to requests• Know when to escalate and involve other people
