Duties & Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a relentless drive for sales, serving as a prime example to the team.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for the store when interacting with internal departments, ensuring seamless collaboration.

* Pursue people management activities in conjunction with HR and senior management, ensuring alignment and growth.
* Provide regular reports to senior management, showcasing performance metrics and insights.
Requirements
