The RoleFinance Administrator My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Administrator on a permanent basis.
Candidate will need to have a minimum of 1 years' experience in Finance Administration role. A good working knowledge of Excel is required for this position. Key Responsibilities: Implement procedures and processes to ensure the timely submission of Intrastat and Customs statutory reports to the relevant authorities.Manage and collate the collection of information from the Groups Irish and International suppliers to allow the submission of the regulatory reporting.Co-ordinate and work with our IT division to develop and implement new reporting capabilities in our IT systems to allow us to report the necessary detail in a timely manner.Various Ad-hoc projects/tasks in the Finance Department, using our SAP system.The PersonKey Skills: Excellent Excel and presentation skills.Experience of completing Intrastat Returns would be an advantage.Experience of using an ERP system.Good telephone manner.Positive can-do attitude is essential and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.For more information on this role, please contact Damian Ryan.
