Job Description:Deskside Support Job description:2nd level support engineer Mobile/FixedAs a Deskside Support engineer, you will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining an organisations computer systems and hardware. You will be responsible for diagnosing any hardware or software faults with the systems and will solve the issues either in person or remotely.This role covers multiple clients and sites, so Driving licence and vehicle are a mandatory requirement.Role Requirements:Good IT working experience in an ITIL environment at least 3-5 yearsDetail oriented and highly organisedAccredited education in Information Technologies, qualified IT Specialist or equalExperience in IT support for current Microsoft, Apple and Android hardware and operating systemsGood knowledge of ticket systems and Support processes/ Service Now PlatformIT Technical skills:Device operations and maintenance of Desktop PCs, Notebooks, Smartphones, Monitors IT Support2nd Level Office/Mobile SupportServer Hands on, Server Backup, Demo/Meeting/Training Rooms, Video Conferring, Printer ServicesPC Imaging & Installation procedures, Intune/Autopilot/JAMFGood Asset management skillsGood Working knowledge of Apple and Microsoft Technology and current Standard Office 365 Suite/ Azure ADNetwork Hands on, Network Technologies & Administration (AD/DNS/WINS) for WAN/LAN/WLANSoft Skills:High customer service orientationAbility to interact and consult with others for de-escalation managementStrong team player.
