Electrical Surveyor-Tralee
The Life Science and Tech division is looking for Electrical Surveyor’s to join the team. The team are looking for an Electrical Surveyor with at least three to four year’s experience, and
E&I, Building Control Systems. This is a Intermediate position will be working side by side with the Project Commercial Manager / Clients team and responsible for the following tasks.

Responsibilities
1. Competency in E&I systems remeasure activities.
2. Evaluating and agreeing project scope variations with both contractor & client
3. Compiling & agreeing final accounts with both contractor & client
4. Reporting into the Project Commercial Manager Monthly
Requirements:
5. Experience as a Electrical Surveyor in build projects on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi conductor
6. A relevant 3rd level qualification
7. Building Services (Technical or Commercial) background favourable but not essential
8. Capabilities around Microsoft Excel, Word
9. Good communication skills
