* The cover requirement would be spread over 7 days with a weekday requirement and a possibility of working every second weekend - 5 shifts per week in total.
* Full-time requirement
* 3 months initially; however, it is likely this will be an ongoing requirement.
* There are 2 lines available, and there would be 2 days where the successful candidate(s) would work together, which would be a good opportunity to organise the timetable and activities coordination for the following week.

A group activities planner would need to be devised, as well as time for individual activities to suit the needs of all.
Devising individual activity plans for older people, to include personal cares, nail care, jigsaw, arts and crafts, baking, sewing, painting, storytelling, reminiscence, companionship, and walks outdoors.
Group activities would include music, dance, movies, organising seasonal events and celebrations (e.g., St Patrick's Day, Christmas, Special Birthdays, outings to shows or local events).
All care provided would be documented in the person's Personal Activity Plan.
