* Utilize kitchen equipment and tools effectively in pastry production.
* Exercise excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in pastry production, preferably from a 5-star or Michelin-starred background.
* Strong passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
