Squarespace's People Team is looking for a People Operations Analyst who will provide first-class People Operations support to the business and our employees throughout our entire employee lifecycle. We are a collaborative, dedicated, and agile team, who pride ourselves in excellent execution and customer service. You will work with the broader People Team and partner cross-functionally to implement People processes for our global population and contribute to the continuous improvement of People Operations.
You will report directly to the Head of People Operations & Technology and will be based in our Dublin Office (Hybrid/Flexible).
You'll Get To…
1. Be the first line of support for employees for resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests and take ownership of any query and issues raised seeing it through to resolution by providing appropriate updates to stakeholders or allocating them to COEs.
2. Partner with our People Partner team to deliver excellent customer service to our Global population.
3. Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle by supporting onboarding (including leading the Payroll & Benefits section of new hire orientation) & offboarding, employee changes (promotions, transfers), background checks and employment verifications.
4. Maintain employee data in Workday to support data integrity.
5. Oversee the HR-Payroll data handoff to the wider People team and cross-functional partners.
6. Take ownership of documenting workflow and procedures, updating existing processes, and finding opportunities for process improvement.
7. Maintain the accuracy of People Operations policies on our intranet.
Who We're Looking For
1. 2-4 years of professional experience as an HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or other relevant HR experience; internship experience included.
2. Knowledge of employment legislation in Ireland and other countries including Portugal, the UK, The Netherlands, and Poland.
3. Experience collaborating with diverse teams while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
4. Adaptable communication skills, both in written, verbal, and virtual contexts.
5. Able to handle various tasks with overlapping deadlines.
6. Workday experience.
7. Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
