Our client, Vanguard, is seeking a Valuations/Pricing Senior Associate to join their team in Dublin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised investment management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, analysing and determining accurate security valuations. This role requires a deep understanding of the Security Valuation workflow, OTC Derivatives and Corporate Actions. If you are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll do:
* Research, analyse, and determine security valuations ensuring timely and accurate valuations of all securities held on Vanguard Funds.
* Review and provide direction to service providers on hard-to-value securities, static/stale prices, corporate actions, FAS levels etc.
* Ensure that the valuation process strictly adheres to the funds' prospectus, pricing policies and regulatory guidance.
* Develop a thorough understanding of the Vanguard Fund Accounting & Oversight team, global products/investment instruments and third party pricing data providers.
* Prepare MIS/dashboard reports for management and establish ownership for corrective action as necessary.
* Serve as a resource to the Fund Accounting & Oversight team and willingly share expertise.
What you bring:
* Minimum of five years related work experience.
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple and diverse responsibilities.
* Proven ability to effectively communicate with external providers, internal business clients and crew members at all levels.
* Strong relationship management skills.
* Proficient in using Bloomberg and other vendor portals as well as Microsoft packages particularly Excel.
