About You and this Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior marketer to launch their career at a high-growth, international, and open-source company. As part of our Global Demand Generation team, you'll play a key role in supporting the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive global awareness and generate leads.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Global Campaigns
* Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that contribute to business goals.
* Coordinate international campaign roll-outs, ensuring timely translation of content, ad copies, and landing pages for non-English speaking regions.
* Collaborate with web and marketing operations teams to create campaign landing pages in all languages that follow conversion optimization best practices.
* Work closely with communication design teams to create banners and other digital marketing assets.
* Collaborate with the global digital team to meet go-live deadlines for new campaigns.
* Report regularly on campaign performance, including traffic and conversion statistics, lead generation, pipeline impact, and return on investment.
Digital Marketing
* Develop and execute our organic social media content calendar, including writing compelling copy and working with design teams to create visually appealing posts.
* Support the digital marketing team in reporting on the performance and costs of search and social ad campaigns.
Required Qualifications
* Marketing or communications degree or comparable education.
* 1 year of high tech B2B marketing experience.
* Native-level English proficiency to effectively write, edit, and proofread content from non-English-speaking colleagues.
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
* Self-starter, quick learner, self-motivated, and proactive.
* Able to challenge and improve processes.
* Fosters a culture of cooperation and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficiency in a second language (French, Spanish, German, Italian, etc.).
