Aurivo Co-op is a large multi-purpose Co-operative engaged in a wide range of activities including dairy processing, liquid milk distribution, animal feed milling, retail stores, e-commerce, garden centres, livestock marketing and sports nutrition. This is a Permanent role and represents an excellent opportunity to progress and develop within one of Ireland's leading multi-discipline Co-operatives. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure that all housekeeping standards on site in Achonry are met. The areas will include both the milk and butter warehouses and all external yards and buildings.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Assist site management to maintain and improve the Achonry site's housekeeping standards in both the milk and butter warehouses and all external yards and buildings.
* Complete regular inspections of the site housekeeping standards and correct any problems immediately.
* Record and manage returns.
* Coordinate with drivers on return loads.
* Verify against dockets.
* Maintain a clean and tidy returns area.
* Maintain a safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
* Report on Daily Operations Review meetings and KPIs.
* Attend company meetings daily on Microsoft Teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Ability to work on own initiative and identify issues.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Energetic with a positive work attitude.
* High attention to detail is required.
* Ability to drive a forklift truck is an advantage.
