Morgan McKinley has partnered with one of Ireland's leading private health insurance providers to seek a Life Insurance Sales Advisor for a 12-month contract in Cork City.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized advice and tailored recommendations to both potential and existing customers.
This role involves managing inbound sales calls, making various outbound calls to existing health insurance members and new prospects to support our cross-selling strategy and deliver exceptional member service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell Life Insurance products to individuals, ensuring follow-up actions are taken in line with sales procedures.
* Drive sales by converting inbound and outbound leads and following up on sales opportunities.
* Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries, ensuring service levels are consistently met.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently hitting performance goals.
* Maintain up-to-date communication records in the company's system.
* Participate in quality assurance initiatives to uphold the company's standards.
* Contribute to the development and growth of both new and existing business relationships.
* Complete all required training and development programs.
* Provide regular reports to the Team Leader on team activities and progress.
Requirements:
* Ideal experience: 2-3 years in sales and/or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
* Experience in sales, customer service or working directly with the public.
* Strong ability to drive sales and successfully convert leads.
* Experience making outbound calls and addressing customer inquiries via email.
* Possess a passion for working towards and exceeding targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Creative and innovative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
