Among Abbott Diabetes Care leading brands are the FreeStyle Precision, FreeStyle Lite and FreeStyle Libre system..Primary Function:You will be primarily responsible for working in the Technical Service department to support sensor manufacturing and testing activities.
This support role ensures compliance activities are completed in a timely manner to meet site and organizational goals.
Support manufacturing product performance and yields through expertise in equipment, processes and/ or materials.Main responsibilities:Participate in and support the progression of failure/quality/customer complaint investigations and report on implementation of CAPAs assigned to the testing area.
Support compliance activities for lot progression through the STARS testing process.Utilise data tools for lot review and approval.Generate and execute validation protocols, trials/studies and create associated reports for equipment, test methods, processes and materials.Lead and contribute to analytical process development through design and execution of experiments.Perform and analyse data, evaluate results, form conclusions & contribute to design and execution of experiments.

Data management, trending (including SPC) and reporting of product performance and other business measures.Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards.Identification of opportunities for new technology and driving continuous improvement.Qualification and Experience:Third Level Qualification in Science or engineering 4+ years relevant experience preferred
