Global Labelling Manager - Dublin, Ireland - 12-Month Contract
Located on the picturesque west coast of Ireland, our Global pharmaceutical client is looking for Global Labelling Manager to join their state of the art pharmaceutical facility.
Located in the historic province of Connacht neighbouring the pond that is the Atlantic Ocean, breeds a mix of Irish culture and modernisation in the popular seaside town rife with bars, restaurants and water sports.
Responsibilities:
1. Global product leadership for strategic planning and forecasting of label change projects
2. Responsibility for accuracy and completeness of the Brief phase within the Artwork Management System and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
3. Project Management responsibility within the system for Production, Design and Asset workflows
4. Lead label change projects and associated deliverables for launches, site transfers, country/area specific changes and other labeling focused projects.
5. Lead the periodic formal review process for label change management and develop and report performance metrics within label change execution.
6. Ownership and leadership role within the Packaging and Artwork Strategy
7. Lead shared label strategy development and maintenance over the product life cycle
8. Change Plan ownership for labeling operations
9. Act as business process owner for specific labeling business processes and assume role of documentation subject matter expert
10. Lead role to represent GLM in early development labeling work including functioning as lead for labeling launch activity.
Qualifications:
11. Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain and minimum of 5 years' experience in Operations, Regulatory or Quality environment
12. Proficiency in English (both written and oral)
13. Experience working effectively across different cultures, multiple functional areas and in complex matrix environments
14. Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management and personnel.
15. Demonstrated success in negotiating and problem solving skills
16. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
17. Excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to drive cross functional collaboration.
18. Understanding of Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain aspects of labeling and impact of non-compliance
