About The Role Duties and Responsibilities of the Role: Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets and services.
Ensure all areas maintain impeccable cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
Monitor service standards and take immediate corrective action when required.
Collaborate with kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless service for banquets and special events.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and quality across all outlets.
Ensure readiness for high-volume periods, including holidays, events, and peak dining hours.
Ensure consistent delivery of luxury guest experiences through personalized service.
Address guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
Regularly review guest satisfaction metrics to identify improvement areas.
Train and mentor, a high-performing food and beverage team.
Develop and implement staff training programs to maintain service excellence.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and address concerns.
Organize regular training sessions on service etiquette, menu knowledge, and guest interaction techniques.
Requirements for the role:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within luxury hotels or upscale F&B environments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and luxury service standards.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
